He played an instrumental role in the creation and execution of The Times’s digital transformation strategy on college campuses. He was a leader on the team that created and deployed an academic site license model that provides campus-wide access to The Times’s award-winning journalism.

Tom then moved to the L&D space with FranklinCovey where he continued a mission of educating and helping others, only this time with enterprise clients.

Tom brings diverse selling experience, thoughtful and impactful team leadership, and a strong history of relationship management that allow him to understand a broad range of challenges and opportunities of our partners.

Education and Community Involvement

Tom graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in History.

Tom is a member and officer of the Midstreams Elementary School Fathers Club. The club takes on projects around the school with a purpose of students seeing men taking a more active role and interest in their education.

To keep himself occupied during the pandemic, Tom took up woodworking projects including making an outdoor table and cornhole set. After fulfilling some cornhole board requests for friends, he plans to tackle a set of Adirondack chairs.

He lives in Brick, NJ with his wife, two daughters and cat.
