As Director of Business Development at SNI, Erica supports new and existing clients by designing effective sales, negotiation, and influence training solutions. She has over a decade of experience in education and workforce development and is dedicated to forming strong partnerships with organizations, understanding their specific business needs, and driving efficiency and results.
Experience and History
Erica has supported customers across all industries, including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, logistics, IT, legal, and energy, as well as local, state, and federal agencies and contractors throughout her career. She previously worked as a Training Consultant and Enterprise Account Manager at Learning Tree International, where she helped companies promote employee growth, assess skill gaps, undergo digital transformations, and scale and adopt ITIL and Agile methodologies. Before joining SNI, Erica held the position of Training Program Manager at CHEMTREC, where she promoted a new hazmat training program by expanding training offerings, launching two new safety courses, and significantly growing program revenue.
Erica enjoys being a resource to her clients and providing top-notch service. Outside of work, she enjoys taking walks with her two dogs and visiting local wineries and breweries. She resides in Ashburn, Virginia, with her husband and daughter.
