Professional Background

Jeska is an accomplished keynote speaker, trainer, and performance coach that has worked all over the country.

When she is not facilitating negotiation training Jeska is a providing keynotes, and performance coaching through her Mindful Performance®, where she works one-on-one with executives and speaks to organizations about how they can reach their highest level of performance by moving into “the zone,” also known as Flow State.

Jeska brings her experiences working in Corporate America across multiple industries— advertising, software implementation, sales, consulting and project management.

Her clients span a wide range of industries— corporate such as Telemundo, HSBC Bank, Wells Fargo, and Cigna; city, county and national governments; and non-profits.

Jeska served on the board of the very first World Happiness Summit, has been highlighted as a Distinguished Speaker at Florida International University, and is a designated speaker for the YPO, a global group of CEO’s.

Jeska trained at Kripalu, a top yoga school in the U.S., in 2011. She has practiced yoga for over 14 years and has been teaching and coaching techniques for self-mastery for over 8 years.

Education and Personal

Prior to joining SNI, Jeska received both a Bachelor of Science in Business and Bachelor of Arts at Washington University in St. Louis.

When she is not speaking at corporations about achieving Win-Win negotiations or human performance, you will find her speaking conversational Spanish, dancing salsa, bachata and merengue, or practicing morning yoga on the beach.
