Facilitator
Michael Dyczewski has spent more than 20 years leading sales teams and building the programs that help them improve. He’s held senior roles at Wolters Kluwer, Microsoft, PrimePay, Boomi, and ADP, with responsibilities spanning major-account sales, revenue operations, sales excellence, enablement, and leadership development. He knows what it means to carry revenue targets, coach leaders, and turn a company-wide sales methodology into something people will use.
Today, Michael serves as Head of Sales Learning & Enablement for Wolters Kluwer’s Corporate Performance and ESG division. He and his team built the division’s learning and enablement function from the ground up, starting with its sales methodologies, qualification standards, and technology. Within two years, the program placed No. 85 on Trainingmagazine’s Top 100 list.
Experience and Expertise
Michael entered facilitation after years inside sales organizations. He’s led major-account teams, overseen sales operations, built enablement functions, and worked with managers responsible for turning company strategy into better performance across the field.
Michael spent nearly 18 years at ADP, where his roles included Vice President of Major Accounts for Pittsburgh and Senior Director of Sales Operations and Enablement. He later directed sales excellence, enablement, and strategy for Microsoft Consulting Services before joining PrimePay as Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement. He went on to lead sales enablement, leadership development, and learning at Boomi before joining Wolters Kluwer.
Much of Michael’s work centers on the points where sales organizations tend to lose consistency. He helps teams qualify opportunities more carefully, gives managers a clearer framework for coaching, and builds operating rhythms that make forecasts easier to trust. As a facilitator, he brings the same focus to the room by helping participants connect negotiation and sales concepts to the conversations and deals already in front of them.
Education and Personal
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and still calls the city home. He also helped launch DisruptHR Pittsburgh and brings its exchange of ideas to the city’s HR and business community.
