Ari Paulin is the Senior Marketing and Social Media Manager at Shapiro Negotiations Institute, where she leads the organization’s social media strategy and helps bring its expertise to life through thought leadership and engaging digital content. She helps transform complex ideas into stories that educate, build trust, and inspire action.
With more than 15 years of experience in communications across education, HR, and B2B marketing, Ari brings a unique perspective to her work. Before transitioning into marketing, she spent seven years as a STEM educator, an experience that shaped her ability to make complex concepts accessible, connect with diverse audiences, and create learning experiences that stick.
Throughout her career, Ari has built and led thought leadership initiatives, launched employee advocacy programs, and developed content strategies that help organizations amplify their expertise and strengthen their brand. One of her proudest accomplishments has been building and leading creative teams, where she enjoys empowering people to grow, gain confidence, and do their best work. Whether teaching in the classroom, mentoring colleagues, or collaborating across teams, Ari finds the greatest fulfillment in helping others succeed. Her energy, curiosity, and collaborative approach make her a natural connector of people and ideas.
Education
Ari earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, graduating with honors from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She also holds several certifications in marketing, education, and social media from industry-leading organizations, including LinkedIn, HubSpot, Canva, Hootsuite, Reddit, Apple Teacher, and Cambridge TKT. Early in her career, she participated in the Walt Disney World College Program, where she worked at Magic Kingdom and completed coursework in marketing and human resources, gaining firsthand experience in Disney’s renowned approach to customer service.
Personal
Outside of work, Ari enjoys spending time with her husband and their two teenage children. A lifelong cinephile, she loves storytelling in all its forms and rarely passes up the chance to watch a great film. She also has a passion for travel and believes there’s no better way to learn than by experiencing new cultures, meeting new people, and trying local food. Having explored much of the world, her bucket list continues to grow, with the Northern Lights among the adventures she still hopes to experience.
