Jeremy Snape is a former England cricketer, international coach, and founder of Sporting Edge, a high-performance consultancy that develops the winning mindset in business. He has interviewed over 100 world-class coaches, athletes, neuroscientists, and military leaders to uncover the psychology behind sustained success, and translates those insights into practical tools for corporate audiences worldwide. His keynote program, Inside the Mind of Champions®, blends authentic storytelling with cutting-edge research from psychology and neuroscience to inspire fresh thinking across organizations.
Experience and Expertise
Jeremy’s career began at 16 as a professional cricketer, and he went on to earn 10 England caps and captain Leicestershire to two T20 trophies. After completing an MSc in Sport Psychology at Loughborough University, he transitioned into coaching and worked with Shane Warne’s Indian Premier League squad and the South African cricket team during its rise to the world’s number-one test ranking.
His reputation for building winning cultures then led to advisory roles with England Rugby, a leading Formula 1 team, and a seat as non-executive director of the League Managers Association.
Today, Jeremy delivers keynotes, interactive workshops, and senior leadership sessions for global brands including Salesforce, KPMG, McKinsey, Santander, Unilever, Nomura, and Société Générale. Education and Personal
Jeremy holds an MSc in Sport Psychology from Loughborough University. He hosts the Apple top-10 podcast Inside the Mind of Champions and is a regular contributor to Sky Sports, BBC Sport, the Financial Times, and City AM. His work has been featured in BT Sport, The Times, HuffPost, Management Today, and the BBC. He is based in Market Harborough, UK.
