As Implementation Manager at SNI, Natashia ensures a seamless client experience from first touchpoint through long-term success. She collaborates closely with the executive team, supporting strategic initiatives and maintaining operational alignment across the business. Natashia plays a key role in sales engagement—partnering on proposals, customizing solutions, and guiding prospects through contracting with clarity and confidence. Once a client is on board, she supports implementation and leads the handoff, serving as a trusted point of contact focused on delivering a consistent, high-quality experience. Whether resolving challenges, anticipating needs, or strengthening relationships, she is deeply invested in helping clients achieve results and feel supported every step of the way.
She holds a BA in Comparative Literature from the University of Alberta, a BEd in Elementary Education from the University of New Brunswick, and an MBA from the University of the People. Before joining SNI, she spent 15 years in international education before transitioning into corporate learning and development.
Originally from Canada, Natashia has lived and worked around the world and now resides in Colombia with her husband, children, and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys scuba diving, kitesurfing, and cooking spicy food.
