As Director of Business Development at Shapiro Negotiations Institute (SNI), Maximiliano “Max” Berger leads client partnerships, helping organizations strengthen their negotiation, sales, and influence strategies. With over a decade of experience and fluency in both English and Spanish, he works across diverse industries—from technology and FinTech to legal services—tailoring training solutions that deliver real business impact.

Max brings a strategic approach to business development, drawing on his experience across Southeast Asia, North America, and Latin America. He focuses on understanding each client’s unique challenges, crafting programs that align with their goals, and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and results. His global perspective enables him to drive growth for both SNI and its clients.

An alumnus of the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University (CSB/SJU), Max combines business acumen with a collaborative mindset. Outside of work, he values time with his family and continually explores new ways to expand SNI’s global reach.
