Experience & Client History
As a Master Facilitator at SNI, Mike has trained some of the world’s leading organizations including Verizon, Boeing, Sanofi, TEKsystems, Wells Fargo, Philips, and Pratt & Whitney, along with various government agencies and non-profits.
Prior to joining SNI, Mike started as an engineer at Abbott Laboratories, and then went on to serve in several management and sales leadership positions for nearly a decade. During his tenure at Abbott, Mike was responsible for identifying and executing operational improvements as well as developing the 1000+ sales organization to increase productivity.
Prior to Abbott, Mike was a systems specialist in the Air National Guard.
Mike focus since 2003 has been on helping executives plan and execute strategic plans, negotiate more effectively, and ultimately lead organizations to higher levels of performance.
International Experience
After graduating college, Mike participated in an exchange program where he spent two months studying in Nanjing, China. Professionally, Mike has facilitated training sessions all over the world, most recently in Netherlands and Japan.
Education and Community Involvement
Mike holds a B.Sc. from Eastern Illinois University and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois. He is a firm believer in giving back to his community and serves on the Board of Directors of two non-profit organizations, Omni Youth Services and Warm Blankets Orphan Care. In addition, Mike has coached youth soccer for the past three years.
Mike resides in Barrington, Illinois with his wife and three children.
