Manager of Program Logistics

Donna manages SNI’s client experience by providing full-service support from inception to delivery. In her role as Manager of Program Logistics, Donna draws on her extensive experience in learning and development, project management, and customer care.

Prior to SNI, Donna held positions at Hilton as Project Manager of Learning and Development Leadership Programs and Executive Office Administrator supporting senior leadership.  Her background also includes event planning and communications for small to large businesses in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Donna focused on communications during her college years and later obtained certification as a licensed Financial Advisor through sponsorship by Morgan Stanley.  She is an avid golfer, member of the Chesapeake Ladies Golf Association, and certified scorekeeper for the PGA.  Donna also volunteers her time with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Chesapeake Conservancy.  She lives near Baltimore, Maryland with her partner Brett and their rescue dog Sam.
