TRAINING NEEDS ASSESSMENT

In addition to specific training requirements, it is imperative that learning curricula are developed as a result of an actual business need or challenge. All too often organizations waste time, resources, and money on programs that are theoretically beneficial, but do not address the realities of current business needs and drivers.

SNI’s Training Infrastructure Assessment is designed to review the total current training environment, process, and competency levels within a specific organization. The overall outcome is to produce a more desirable road map for improved training and reinforcement.
