Mike has delivered SNI programs over the past six years to a wide variety of clients in numerous formats. He has the unique ability to tap his real-world business experience and present it in a high energy and entertaining way to meet clients’ needs.
Experience & Client History
Mike was instrumental in the rollout of the Wachovia’s Wholesale Bank negotiation program that realized a return on investment in excess of 300%.
As the President of a management consulting firm, Mike has helped executives and business owners plan and execute strategic plans, negotiate more effectively, and lead their organizations at higher levels. Recently, Mike played a significant role in coaching and consulting company executives with a net result of increased sales of 35%.
In addition to facilitation responsibilities, Mike has conducted the SNI Train-the-Trainer process for clients including Bank of America and Verizon Business to help their facilitators master the intricacies of The Power of Nice®. He has also been responsible for the development of customized programs in the Banking (Wachovia), Pharmaceutical (Sanofi-aventis), and Staffing (TEKsystems) industries.
International Experience
After graduating college, Mike participated in an exchange program where he spent two months studying in Nanjing, China. Professionally, Mike has facilitated training sessions in Japan for a global Financial Services firm.
Professional Background
Mike began his career with Abbott Laboratories where he was responsible for improving the Manufacturing operations within the United States and Puerto Rico. He then applied his systematic approach to Pharmaceutical Sales where he implemented more effective ways to measure and compensate sales professionals. In this role, Mike was responsible for developing a training program that increased the productivity for a sales force of 2,000.
Education and Community Involvement
Mike holds a B.Sc. from Eastern Illinois University and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois. He is a firm believer in giving back to his community and serves on the Board of Directors of two non-profit organizations, Omni Youth Services and Warm Blankets Orphan Care. In addition, Mike has coached youth soccer for the past three years.
Mike resides in Barrington, Illinois with his wife and three children. |
