MICHAEL BRYANT

Master Facilitator
Michael has been designing and delivering programs for SNI for over ten years.  He is responsible for SNI's Train-the-Trainer Program and he created the SNI Train-the-Trainer Instructor's Guide.  Michael teaches SNI programs and instructs trainers so they can teach The Power of Nice® within their own companies.

Experience & Client History
Michael has developed and delivered programs for organizations in multiple industries: Pharmaceutical (Bristol-Myers Squibb); Healthcare (WebMD); Retail (Black & Decker, U.S. Can Company); and a host of others.

In addition to his role with SNI, Michael is the President of CTS Consulting, a human resources consulting firm.  Since 1981, Michael has worked with companies to help facilitate organizational change.  He focuses on teaching others how to improve communication, share accurate information, and involve others in organizational decisions.

Professional Background
Michael is the author of the "STOP IT!" Audio series, a work/life improvement program.  He is known nationally for his ability to entertain and inspire his audiences to make substantive change in their work and their lives.  Michael, his business, and his unique approach to work have been profiled in Inc. Magazine.

Education and Personal
A graduate of West Chester (PA) University, Michael lives in Baltimore with his wife and their three children.  He is also an avid triathlete and a two-time Ironman finisher.
