EVOLUTION

SNI’s original education model was developed in 1995 in a collaborative effort between founders Ron Shapiro and Mark Jankowski. While the systematic approach and learning concepts have been consistent throughout the years, the methods of executing each element have developed over time.

Many organizations create programs based on theoretical lessons. SNI’s programs and learning points evolved as a result of actual client successes and challenges in improving their Negotiation, Influencing, Sales, and Conflict Resolution systems and skills.

There are three drivers that continue to benchmark SNI’s success:

Real World Application:
SNI specializes in working with clients to apply the SNI Tools in live business situations. This takes the learning from theoretical jargon into the current business environment.

Participant Feedback:
On average, 25,000 people experience SNI programs every year. Some of the most significant modifications to our programs have come from actual participant input.

Facilitator Expertise:
Prior to joining SNI, all facilitators and consultants developed substantial expertise in various businesses and industries. They are selected for their business achievements as well as their ability to infuse this success into each client relationship and learning event.
