Measurement
When looking for evidence of a training program’s impact, SNI uses universally accepted levels of evaluation. Depending on the appetite and resources to implement certain tools, SNI has the ability to deliver measurement from the Basic Level 1 Impact Measurement to the more complex Level 5 Return on Training Investment Study.

The following is a brief breakdown of the different Measurement Levels:

Level 1: Immediate Participant Reaction Evaluation
Level 2: Knowledge Recall and Skill Demonstration
Level 3: Skill Transfer and Active Behavior Demonstration
Level 4: Business Results Impact
