DESIGN
SNI programs are built with a primary emphasis on Negotiation, Influencing, Sales Optimization or Conflict Resolution. Each of these core concepts has an SNI systematic process associated with it and an established format for the program. That’s where the similarities for each client end and the key Design elements begin.
Assessment
SNI’s Content Development team works in tandem with each client to identify a specific group of performers and skills sets. Select people from the identified group are then interviewed to determine potential skill gaps and performance challenges. If appropriate, live ride-alongs and/or office visits are conducted as a way for SNI to observe critical behaviors first-hand. The results of these assessments form the foundation of SNI’s customized program.
Customization
SNI takes information collected during the Assessment and segments it into distinct areas of need. Subject matter experts and leadership from the client are used as partners to assist SNI in translating the collected data into real world lessons to be used during the program.
Pre-work
Participants complete a short pre-work questionnaire to help SNI Professionals learn about the audience-specific challenges. Information gathered during this process is incorporated into the Teacher’s Guide in order to increase the connection between the facilitator and program participants.
Pilot
When possible, a condensed version of the program is delivered to the client’s course sponsors and management team to ensure understanding of the core course content by the people who drive the reinforcement internally. It is also a suggested design component so that any last-minute enhancements may be incorporated and approved before the full company rollout.
